Led by Executive Chef Ricky Lui and Head Chef Wang Yu-chen alongside their culinary team, the new menus draw inspiration from classic dishes, regional flavors, and cooking techniques across China's eight great culinary traditions. Following the principle of seasonal ingredient selection, the team reinterprets Chaoshan-style raw marination, Cantonese roasted meats, Sichuan-style poached dishes, Hong Kong-style baked rice, and Chinese braised soups — delivering Chinese cuisine that is at once traditional and full of contemporary surprises.
