Jewelry brand Cindy Chao recently held its 2026 annual exhibition in Taipei. According to a report by Marie Claire, the brand unveiled three new pieces—the maple leaf brooch, the Masterpiece woven brooch, and the leaf brooch—set within an exhibition space inspired by Eastern garden imagery, allowing the jewelry's sculptural forms to echo the depth of the surrounding scenery.
The report notes that the brand continues its practice of hand-sculpting 1:1 wax models, paired with lightweight yet durable titanium, so that each brooch reveals intricate textures and gradient colors from both front and back. The maple leaf brooch uses rose-cut diamonds to outline the leaf's silhouette, with pavé-set yellow diamonds forming the veins on the reverse side. The leaf brooch features a 21-carat brown-yellow diamond as its centerpiece, capturing the twisting motion of a leaf stem. The woven brooch combines nearly a hundred titanium components joined through hidden tenon connections to form dozens of ribbon-like strands, set with several thousand gemstones in a display of dense micro-pavé craftsmanship.
