Drake’s DOSAYDO pairs burgundy glass with fruit, herbs and woods

Better World Fragrance House and OVO’s first fragrance collaboration involves perfumer Michael Carby. The 100mL edition has a glass sphere and matching stand; the brand page currently shows it sold out.

A perfume bottle often makes an impression before its notes are read. Better World Fragrance House and October’s Very Own bring their identities together in DOSAYDO, a translucent burgundy glass sphere resting in a sculptural stand. Framed around Drake’s 40th birthday, the release had an October 19 limited preview and October 24 official launch: this is not its first appearance today.

The brand calls DOSAYDO a citrus aromatic and identifies Drake’s longtime perfumer Michael Carby as a collaborator. Passion-fruit white-wine-spritz, herbal, pepper and woody notes occupy different parts of the composition. These are the brand’s published fragrance descriptions, not this publication’s wear-test findings. Anyone choosing by sweetness or projection would still need to compare it in person.

Burgundy glass extends to the stand

The actual product photograph shows reflected light across the curved upper sphere, with a stand rising around its lower sides and DOSAYDO lettering on the front. The brand explicitly describes an all-glass design including the sculptural stand, finished in translucent burgundy. The interest is in carrying that light-transmitting material across bottle and support, rather than simply adding a matching opaque cover.

A second circular view reveals the name and a small emblem, offering a different angle on the object. The outer carton uses quieter cream tones: DOSAYDO and Eau de Parfum appear above the BWFH circular mark, OVO owl and capacity. The contrast between the saturated bottle and restrained box also makes the collaboration visible through the packaging itself.

Fruit gives way to herbal, spicy and woody notes

The published opening lists passion fruit white wine spritz, cannabis and clary sage oil. Petitgrain, black pepper oil and rose oil form the heart, followed by cognac, white cedarwood and roasted tonka. This structure places fruit, herbs, spice and warmer woods together. It offers a more useful starting point for preference than assuming a burgundy bottle must contain something intensely sweet.

Note names are not ingredient percentages or evidence of an effect. Cannabis here is a published scent description; it does not by itself establish a particular extract, active substance or outcome. Cognac and wine names likewise are not beverage-content labels. Wear duration and perfume percentage have not been verified here, so Eau de Parfum should not be converted into a fixed promise of all-day performance.

Check the 100mL listing and market availability

At this check, the brand page lists 3.4 fl. oz./100mL at US$198 and marks that variant sold out, with shipping calculated at checkout. This is a snapshot of that listing, not proof that every OVO shop worldwide has no stock or that a restock date is confirmed. The overseas price is not a Taiwanese retail or tax-inclusive delivered price.

The brand advises spraying on pulse points such as wrists and neck where fragrance is desired. For a gift, establish the recipient’s preferences for fruit, herbal and spicy directions, then check the relevant market, delivery and availability separately. The clear identifying combination here is the burgundy glass sphere, matching stand and cream dual-branded carton; other Drake-related perfumes are not automatically the same product.
