Apple's first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, opened pre-order at 8 p.m. on October 16, 2026, with official launch set for October 23. According to ELLE's report compiling official information, the new device features a dual-screen design with a 7.6-inch display when unfolded and a 5.4-inch outer display when folded, offering roughly 50% more display area than the iPhone 18 Pro Max.
Apple states the inner screen uses a 10-layer ultra-thin structure with a nano-texture surface to reduce glare, while the body features a grade 5 titanium frame and Ceramic Shield front and back panels with IP68 water and dust resistance. It is powered by the A20 Pro chip and a dual-battery system. Taiwan pricing starts at NT$74,900 for the 256GB model, rising to NT$118,900 for the top 2TB configuration.
