What to know | KidSuper Teams Up with DC Villains for Collab Line, Brooklyn Pop-Up Opens Oct 20

Brooklyn designer Colm Dillane's label KidSuper has teamed up with DC Comics and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products on a collaborative collection themed around eight classic villains, combining apparel, home goods, and collectibles set to release in late October.

Which characters and items are included?

The collection features The Joker, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, The Penguin, The Riddler, Mr. Freeze, Clayface, and Bane, each getting their own KidSuper signature face hoodie paired with collectibles that reflect their personalities, such as a Poison Ivy potted plant, a Clayface bookend, a Riddler puzzle, and a Penguin umbrella.

Are there any standout functional pieces?

The Mr. Freeze down jacket incorporates a heat-reactive feature that nods to the character's ice-related backstory, while Catwoman gets a long coat that reimagines her look as an everyday wearable piece.

What was the inspiration behind this collaboration?

The brand revealed that during the collaboration process with DC and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, the team pored over DC archival materials and saw the original hand-drawn sketches of these classic characters from their early days, which became a key visual reference for the collection's aesthetic.

When and where can fans get it?

KidSuper will host an event called "Rogues Gallery" in Brooklyn, showcasing original artwork, objects, and installations, with the public event running from October 20 to 23, during which the collection will first be available for purchase on-site. It will then officially launch at 12:00 PM local time on October 23 at KidSuper.com, with prices ranging from $15 to $850. There is currently no information indicating whether the collection will be sold in other regions or through other channels.
