Banqiao Le Méridien Taipei Unveils Three Dining Highlights: All-Day Belle Époque and Sky Bar LUMI Showcase French Elegance

Le Méridien Taipei Banqiao recently announced three signature dining highlights at the hotel. According to a report by Marie Claire Taiwan published on October 18, 2026, the hotel centers its concept on French lifestyle aesthetics, featuring the all-day buffet restaurant "Belle Époque" (花漾) and the 18th-floor sky bar "LUMI Bar," adding new options for dates, gatherings, and after-work drinks in the Banqiao area.

According to the report, "Belle Époque" features four themed stations covering seafood, open-flame grilling, international cuisine, and French desserts, with tableside service offered during dinner. The dessert counter also offers Italian-style gelato infused with local tea flavors. "LUMI Bar," located on the 18th floor, transforms into a semi-open-air garden for afternoon tea during the day, while at night it pairs city skyline views with collaborative cocktails, offering distinct atmospheres between day and night.

From an editorial perspective, as more international hotels have opened in Banqiao in recent years, such multi-concept dining spaces give residents of New Taipei City new options for everyday gatherings without needing to travel into central Taipei for a resort-like atmosphere. In particular, design elements like the semi-open-air garden may appeal strongly to diners who value ambiance as much as the food itself.

As dining offerings, operating hours, and set menus may be adjusted seasonally, visitors are advised to check the hotel's official website or on-site announcements before visiting.
