From ALIVE to 眼淚乾麵: The Different Vocal Tones of 高真 TRU

After leaving 唐貓 Sugarcat, 高真 TRU forged a new creative path with his solo album 《ALIVE》, earning a nomination for Best New Artist at the 37th Golden Melody Awards. Another track, 〈眼淚乾麵〉, uses a deeper vocal tone and dark humor to portray emotions under pressure.

Placed side by side, the two works reveal more than one expression from the creator: warm rhythms and heavy themes can coexist, inviting listeners to notice—beyond melody—how the song title, tone, and narrative work together. This offers a clue to understanding his recent work.

In terms of style, he prefers to minimize unnecessary choices in daily life, saving his energy for creation. From this perspective, simple clothing does not hinder personal style; building a comfortable everyday foundation first, then adjusting silhouette for important occasions, can equally express individuality.
