After Three Yankee Stadium Sellouts, JAY-Z Adds Second London and LA Shows for 30th Anniversary Tour

Three sold-out nights at Yankee Stadium apparently weren't enough. JAY-Z is pushing the "JAY-Z 30" tour further, adding an extra date each in London and Los Angeles, plus a Paris stop this fall.

After Three Yankee Stadium Sellouts, JAY-Z Adds Second London and LA Shows for 30th Anniversary Tour

Three sold-out shows weren't enough to close out this run. JAY-Z has announced an additional date each in London and Los Angeles for his "JAY-Z 30" anniversary concert series, marking 30 years since his debut. The venues are Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and SoFi Stadium, respectively. Roc Nation's reasoning was straightforward: demand kept climbing even after the New York shows sold out, so another stop was added.

That surge in demand traces back to the three consecutive nights at Yankee Stadium in early July. Each night had its own retrospective focus: the opening night marked the 30th anniversary of his debut album, *Reasonable Doubt*; the second night celebrated the 25th anniversary of *The Blueprint*; and the third, dubbed "Extra Innings," widened the scope even further. Together, the three shows turned what could have been a residency-style run into a stadium-sized career retrospective.

Getting Beyoncé, Blue Ivy Carter, Eminem, Pharrell Williams, Rihanna, Fat Joe, Swizz Beatz, and Slick Rick all on stage at once is probably something only JAY-Z could pull off. That guest lineup wasn't a coincidence — it's the momentum this series has carried all along, and that same energy is now heading straight into the newly announced London and Los Angeles dates.

Earlier in 2026, he also returned to headline Philadelphia's Roots Picnic, bringing out Beanie Sigel, Freeway, Memphis Bleek, Jazmine Sullivan, Bilal, and Young Gunz to run through career highlights together. This new leg of the tour extends that same momentum into the fall, with a stop at Paris's Stade de France slotted in between the London and Los Angeles shows.

Beyond the tour, JAY-Z is also taking his retrospective into documentary form. He's teaming up with Rick Rubin for an 8-episode HBO series, *JAY-Z in 8*, directed and interviewed by Rubin, covering music, lyrics, life, and the creative process — set to premiere this fall. With the concerts and the documentary running in parallel, 2026 is shaping up to be the year he looks back on 30 years of his creative career.

Ticket sale dates for both added shows have yet to be announced; stay tuned for official updates.
