Blue Bottle Japan’s holiday menu starts November 5 with a crème brûlée latte
The ¥1,280 latte joins berry parfaits, holiday-jam waffles and a Tomishōan yōkan collaboration. Check store-specific availability before planning a visit.
Blue Bottle Coffee Japan will launch Christmas limited drinks and desserts from November 5, 2026, with the concept of "RITUALS OF WELCOME", transforming the moment of welcoming important people and slowly gathering around coffee into a combination of caramel, spices, berries and baked snacks.
Among them, the caramel brûlée latte is layered with espresso, brûlée-flavored syrup and caramel crisps. The hot and iced versions are priced at 1,280 yen in Japan. This is the Japanese menu that will be launched soon. The items available in stores will be different. Whether it is synchronized in Taiwan has not yet been verified.
Key facts
Japan launch date: November 5, 2026.
The hot and iced crème brûlée latte is 1,280 yen each; the berry sundae is 990 yen.
Some desserts are supplied by store, and the full range of items in each store cannot be presumed by the national plan.
Caramel Brulee Latte, putting dessert structure into coffee
This latte combines espresso with brûlée syrup, and ends with caramel crunch, allowing vanilla, caramel and coffee to form different layers. The brand recommends that you first feel the crispy grains, then stir to observe the changes after mixing; this is a tasting proposal for product design, not a conclusion from this site's tasting.
Choose between hot or ice, depending on your preferred temperature and travel pace. If you don’t usually drink sweet coffee, first check whether the recipe and sweetness can be adjusted; this article does not verify all customization methods, nor does it treat the festival-limited drink as the same ingredients as a regular latte.

Berry sundae and jam waffle, each with different protagonists
The Winter Berry Sundae is 990 yen, which is stacked with puff pastry, three kinds of berry jam, vanilla whipped cream and milk ice cream; the Holiday Gianduja Cake is 770 yen, which combines nuts such as hazelnuts and chocolate into a cake that is suitable for coffee.
The Holiday Jam & Cream waffle plate is 990 yen and features festive jam made with raisins, apricots, figs, ginger and spices. There is also a jam waffle sundae for 770 yen. Even though they are both called waffles, the serving formats on the plate and sundae are different. You can check the portion size and the on-site menu before ordering.

Yokan, biscuits and pies, extended to takeout options
The Stollen-flavored yokan in collaboration with Tomishōan (都松庵) in Kyoto is 486 yen. It uses white bean paste, dried fruits and spices, and puts the imagination of European festival snacks into Japanese yokan. There are also snowball biscuits, spice biscuits, pork and cranberry pie, etc., providing different pairing directions with drinks.
If you plan to give it as a souvenir, you should compare the shelf life, ingredients and packaging one by one; yokan, freshly made sundaes and savory pies cannot be stored in the same way. You should also check whether the items you want to eat are available before going to the store. This article does not guarantee that every Japanese store has the same meals and seating conditions.
