Red carpet cake and chocolate balls, look at the flavor from the shape
The "Royal Red Carpet" is based on a strawberry layer cake, with fresh cream, red crumble and berries, echoing the red carpet imagery; the "Heritage Ornament" uses festive decorative balls made into chocolate mousse, combined with Valrhona Manjari dark chocolate and candied orange peel.
These confections are fun to watch, translating the language of clothing, jewelry and interior decoration into edible shapes. When choosing, you can still go back to your preferred fruit, chocolate or cream, rather than just choosing the most eye-catching appearance. The flavors listed in this article are based on the menu information and are not a taste test rating on this site.

Small desserts, mulled wine jelly and savory pairings
Items also include a tart of strawberries and ruby chocolate, a mini canelé with black sesame and candied chestnuts, and cup jelly based on the concept of mulled wine. The latter is paired with cinnamon butter crumble and crème diplomate, adding a sense of spice into the layers of cup dessert.
There are 9 types of savory dishes, such as honey mustard grilled chicken, white meat fish with truffle-flavored beurre blanc sauce and vegetable dishes; 17 types of drinks include Ronnefeldt tea. If you don’t want to eat sweets continuously, you can alternate salty, sweet and hot drinks when taking meals, and arrange the rhythm according to your personal taste, ingredients and food intake.

Appointment dates are confirmed together with individual dietary requirements
Although December 21st to 25th may fall on weekdays, the higher price of 6,700 yen will still be used. When making a reservation, it depends on the actual dining day, plan content and seat conditions, and cannot be calculated based on "weekdays" alone; this article does not list unconfirmed child prices, discounts or guaranteed dining hours.
The menu contains concept items such as nuts, dairy products, eggs, wheat and alcohol. Special dietary requirements should be confirmed with the restaurant first. If you choose alcoholic desserts, you must also pay attention to your own eating conditions; the photos show the promotional dishes, and on-site supply and replacement may still be adjusted according to operational arrangements.
