LACOSTE x Godzilla returns November 1 with Takashi Yamazaki graphics
The third Japanese collaboration includes four T-shirts and a cap. Compare the designs, yen prices and separate store-entry lottery arrangements before shopping.
LACOSTE’s crocodile meets Godzilla again in a third collaboration, with drawings by filmmaker Takashi Yamazaki and a special logo on T-shirts and a cap. The collection is due in selected Japanese stores and the official online shop on November 1; some stores use a same-day entry lottery.
For someone who enjoys film and everyday clothing, a collaboration need not become a full costume. A favourite graphic on a T-shirt, or a smaller reference on a cap, can sit among familiar jackets, jeans and skirts as a single point of interest.
At a glance
Japan release: November 1, 2026. Selected regular stores use a first-day admission lottery; airport shops have separate normal-sale arrangements and online follows its own rules.
Five styles: three graphic T-shirts, one special-logo T-shirt and one cap.
T-shirts cost ¥16,500 each; the cap is ¥14,300. Check each channel’s current rules and schedule.
Two characters sharing one graphic
Three T-shirts place Godzilla and the crocodile in the same illustration, while another uses a special logo. The graphic pieces invite a closer look at linework and characters; the logo version compresses the idea into a smaller sign. Choose how much visual space you want it to occupy.
With a mostly plain wardrobe, compare the contrast between illustration and base colour, then decide whether to frame it under a jacket or wear it alone. Check front, back and logo placement rather than assuming every style looks like one promotional angle.

Four T-shirts and a different role for the cap
The four T-shirts share a ¥16,500 price, but that does not make every cut or size interchangeable. Compare length, shoulder placement, chest width and material labelling so that an appealing graphic also works with everyday movement.
The ¥14,300 cap puts the collaboration closer to the face and should be budgeted separately. Check its adjustment, depth and relationship to your usual hairstyle. A smaller accent can give a different balance from a large printed T-shirt without requiring the whole set.

Read entry rules before a November visit
November 1 is the release date. Selected regular shops determine first-day admission through an on-site lottery, not an early-arrival race. Downloading the LACOSTE App and completing membership registration is required for purchase; Haneda and Fukuoka airport shops list normal sales instead.
This follows the second collaboration released in April, so identify the exact edition when asking about stock. Give a helping friend a product name and budget, and keep Japanese prices separate from other markets. An admission win also does not guarantee the desired item remains available.
