Standing next to this shark-nosed SV variant, the first thing you notice is how much tighter and more aggressive it looks compared to the standard Revuelto. Lamborghini's Chief Product Line Officer Alessandro Farmeschi describes it as "the quantum of driving" — the moment, he says, "when you get in the car, start driving, and become one with it, focused only on acceleration, braking, and G-forces, forgetting everything else." It sounds philosophical, but once you dig into the spec sheet, that line turns out to be dressed-up trash talk.
SV stands for Superveloce, meaning "super fast," a lineage that traces back to the 1971 Miura SV and later carried through the Diablo, Murciélago, and Aventador — making the Revuelto SV the fourth generation to bear the badge. The powertrain retains the hybrid architecture of a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 paired with three electric motors, now delivering a total output of 1,065cv (roughly 1,050hp) — about 50hp more than the standard model. The battery keeps the same shape and geometry but gains 7.3kWh of capacity, with output rising accordingly. Farmeschi emphasized that the goal wasn't simply chasing a higher peak number, but delivering more consistent, less variable performance lap after lap on track.
Gear shift times have been cut by 30%, and the body makes extensive use of carbon fiber: an all-new front bumper, rear wing, door trim, and racing seats have all been swapped for lightweight materials, bringing the power-to-weight ratio down from 1.75kg/CV on the standard model to 1.66kg/CV. The front bumper and wing together boost overall downforce by 80%, with the front end alone accounting for 100% of the increase in front downforce — according to Lamborghini, this keeps the nose more "glued" to the track. The result: 0-62mph in just 2.4 seconds, matching the limited-edition Fenomeno, which Lamborghini had previously billed as its "fastest production car." That title now has to be shared between the two.
