A 39-foot pool, an 18-seat dining table, and crew quarters for up to 27 — these aren't the specs of a hotel, but of a superyacht that's just hit the market. The 312-foot Lürssen yacht, named Whisper, is listed exclusively by Will Christie of Christie Yachts for €149 million, or roughly $173 million.
Delivered in 2014 under the name Kismet, Whisper was built for Shahid Khan, the Pakistani-American billionaire and owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Khan has since commissioned three yachts from Lürssen, including a 400-footer also named Kismet (meaning "fate" in both Turkish and Urdu). Designed with exterior styling by Espen Øino International and interiors by Reymond Langton Design, the yacht earned a World Superyacht Award in 2015.

A decade after launch, Whisper recently underwent a major interior refit led by Los Angeles designer Michael S. Smith, giving the living spaces a brighter, more contemporary feel. With a 45-foot beam, the yacht's five decks house a soaring main salon, a formal dining room seating 18, a cinema that doubles as a guest lounge, a spa, a beauty salon, and a gym with a fold-out terrace. Seven cabins sleep up to 12 guests, while crew quarters accommodate 27. The owner's suite features dual en-suite bathrooms, a dressing room, and a private Jacuzzi.
