What to know | niko and ... Celebrates 9th Anniversary in Taiwan with Tainan Illustrator Shit Egg Tony, Playful Zoo Series Launches in October

The key details: Marking its 9th anniversary in Taiwan, niko and ... has teamed up with illustrator Shit Egg Tony to launch a 24-piece collection of lifestyle goods and apparel. The line debuts October 1 at the Taipei Zhongxiao flagship store, with nationwide stores and online going live the following day. The flagship store will also host a meet-and-greet and exclusive anniversary deals.

A row of blankly adorable animals printed across a hoodie, rendered in candy-like pastel yellows and blues — this is the mood niko and ... wants to convey with its 9th anniversary project: a little more relaxed, a little happier. The brand teamed up with Tainan-based illustrator "Shit Egg Tony" on the theme "EASY DAYS, EASY LIFE / HAPPINESS FIRST," building a paper zoo that brings the illustrator's characters to life across 24 pieces of lifestyle goods and fall/winter apparel.

Marking nine years in the Taiwan market, niko and ... chose an illustrator collaboration to celebrate the milestone this time, rather than a straightforward discount campaign. The lineup spans both lifestyle goods and apparel, with the clothing side including a hoodie, a college T-shirt, and a corduroy embroidered cap — the cap features Shit Egg Tony's animal characters rendered in embroidery, making it the standout piece for craftsmanship in this collaboration.

Sales will roll out in two stages. At 11 a.m. on October 1, the Taipei Zhongxiao flagship store will be first to open sales, giving shoppers a one-day head start. The following day, October 2, the collection goes live simultaneously at all stores nationwide and on the and ST TAIWAN online store. This staggered timing gives the Zhongxiao flagship an extra day of exclusive buzz, fitting for its role as the main venue for the anniversary celebrations.

Anniversary-Exclusive Arrangements at the Zhongxiao Flagship Store

Beyond early access, the Zhongxiao flagship store has also prepared collaboration sugar cookies for the 9th anniversary period — turning Shit Egg Tony's animal characters into an edible dessert version, the only item in the collection to venture beyond goods and apparel into food. An in-store meet-and-greet with the illustrator is also planned, giving customers a chance to meet Shit Egg Tony in person, something not commonly seen in the brand's past collaborations.

The anniversary deals will also be exclusive to the Zhongxiao flagship store. The official press release did not specify further details on the discounts or the exact timing of the meet-and-greet, so customers are advised to watch for the brand's follow-up announcements. Pricing for the collection and a full list of items were also not disclosed in the official press release; customers should refer to the actual listings at stores and on and ST TAIWAN starting October 1 for accurate information.
