Upper House Residences Come to Bangkok: Two Towers, Two Different Scales of Living

Swire Properties and City Realty, through their joint venture City Dynamic, are developing Upper House-branded residences in Bangkok. The project brings together teams including Foster + Partners, extending the service philosophy of hospitality branding into long-term residential living.

Upper House Residences Bangkok will have its interiors planned by BAR Studio, while another tower, The Wireless Residences by Upper House, will be led by PIA Interior, each responding to different family and spatial needs. The two towers are expected to be completed in 2030 and 2031 respectively, and remain development projects at this stage.

From a design perspective, it is worth comparing how public and private areas are allocated, and how services are integrated into residents' daily lives. The architectural renderings represent the planning vision; the actual completed outcomes, usage, and service conditions should still be confirmed through subsequent official information.
