The go-to move for brand anniversaries is usually slapping the logo on a classic silhouette and calling it a day. XLARGE went a different route this time: develop a fabric first, then figure out the design. The core of this 35th anniversary collaboration with RHC Ron Herman is a brand-new eco fabric dubbed "XLARGE FABRIC"—a T/C twill blended from recycled fibers, built for durability, wrinkle resistance, and easy care, with breathability dialed in too. For a streetwear brand that got its start in 1991 out of LA workwear roots, this is a way of re-articulating "built to last" through material rather than graphics.

Built around this fabric, the collection rolls out a full lineup of pieces you could throw on for work or the street: a zip-up twill jacket, short-sleeve twill work shirt, and relaxed-fit twill pants and shorts, all offered in White, Navy, and Black—a deliberately restrained palette that lets the fabric do the talking instead of loud prints. RHC Ron Herman's role here is more like a filter, taking XLARGE's '90s workwear DNA and running it through its own clean, everyday West Coast sensibility.
