YOKE FW26 Drop 3: A Winter Texture Lesson in Calf Leather Jackets and Alpaca Knits

How soft a calf nappa leather jacket feels often determines whether it's truly worth wearing all winter long. For this third FW26 drop, YOKE is betting everything on touch — the leather jackets and cropped outerwear deliberately emphasize soft texture and minimalist cuts, stripped of excess hardware or embellishment. The drape of the leather itself becomes the design language.

Contrasting with the leather outerwear are the corduroy coverall jacket and pleated casual trousers. The former carries a workwear structure, while the latter feels much more relaxed — together, they capture exactly the tension YOKE wants to convey this season: functional cuts don't have to mean rigid ones.

Knitwear is the real highlight this time around. The collection includes a cable-knit V-neck sweater, an alpaca wool V-neck knit, and a boiled wool argyle sweater — each approaching warmth and texture differently. The cable knit brings dimensional structure, the alpaca wool offers lightness and softness, and the boiled wool achieves a dense winter feel through its tight weave.
