South Korean fitness YouTube channel Thankyou BUBU (땅끄부부) recently shared a home lower-body stretching video. According to a report by Marie Claire Taiwan, the husband-and-wife coaching duo designed movements based on basic positions such as lying on the side and lying on the back, emphasizing that no running, jumping, or equipment is needed — offering people who sit all day and feel tightness in their legs a direction for at-home movement.

The report compiled a few more approachable directions, covering outer hip activation, core stability, and stretching the back of the thighs, while reminding beginners not to force themselves to keep pace with the video — starting with a small amount of practice and gradually increasing once familiar. The report also stressed that this kind of home-activity sharing is general lifestyle advice, not a professional assessment of any individual's condition.

For office workers who sit for long hours, rather than focusing on whether a routine can make legs slimmer, it may be more useful to treat it as a small after-work habit of waking up the body — standing up, moving around, and stretching tight muscles can help break up the stiffness that comes from prolonged sitting.
