SUQQU FROZEN LIGHT launches November 1 in Japan: dates and palette choices
A practical guide to the Japan preview, reservations and November launch of SUQQU FROZEN LIGHT, with a palette-versus-single-item decision framework and Taiwan caveats.
Official information was checked again on October 27, 2026. Reservations have opened for SUQQU’s 2026 FROZEN LIGHT holiday collection in Japan. If you are planning a visit or deciding how much of your year-end beauty budget to spend, start with where, when and what you are buying. This guide combines official launch information with an editorial decision framework. It is not a wear test, and Japanese release details should not be read as a Taiwan announcement.

Three dates serve different purposes
The Isetan Shinjuku preview event runs October 21–27. General reservations started October 23, while Japan’s main launch is November 1. The Japanese official online shop announced a 09:30 Japan-time reservation opening and a 10:00 launch opening, equivalent to 08:30 and 09:00 in Taipei. These are scheduled openings, not confirmation of remaining stock or reservation slots.
If you are already in Tokyo, check the event page and current store arrangements. If you are elsewhere, an online reservation button does not establish delivery to Taiwan. Eligibility, destination coverage and shipping must be checked with the actual retailer. Label calendar notes as Japanese-market information rather than applying them to Taiwan counters.
October 27 is the announced final day of the Isetan Shinjuku event; no extension has been verified. The SUQQU counter on the store’s second floor does not take in-store or telephone reservations for these products. Its event notice directs customers to SUQQU’s official website, so a general reservation announcement does not mean every counter accepts bookings.

Will you use the whole palette?
The limited Eye & Face Compacts are 103 KOUEI and 104 SHOUSOU, described by the brand through sepia-quartz and pink-quartz colour directions. Each is listed at ¥11,000 including Japanese tax.
Before choosing, consider the eye and cheek colours you actually combine. A coordinated compact may be worth comparing if you use its components together. If you already own similar shades or tend to finish only one pan, a multi-use format is not automatically better value. Product photographs show the arrangement, not the result on every complexion, in every light or at every application level. Do not assign a skin-tone match from an image alone.

Start with a missing step, not a complete collection
The range also includes setting powder, purple mascara and lipsticks. Someone with an extensive eyeshadow collection need not buy another full compact. Consider whether you want to change eye colour, lip shine or your touch-up routine. That is an editorial budgeting approach, not a tested recommendation for product performance.
When comparing prices, distinguish refills, cases and set prices. If you own a case, check the precise compatible model before buying a refill; similar-looking packaging is insufficient. This guide does not guarantee old-case compatibility or convert Japanese prices into presumed Taiwan prices.
A gift should not set your budget
The Isetan event advertises a square pouch for the first 400 qualifying single transactions of at least ¥16,500 including tax, while supplies last, limited to once per person. This is event-specific, not a benefit promised at every retailer; remaining gifts have not been verified. If you only intended to buy one item, calculate the extra spending required before deciding whether the gift matters.
For Taiwan readers, the verified information here concerns Japan’s FROZEN LIGHT collection. Taiwan release dates, official local names, prices and stock require local confirmation. Other SUQQU winter ranges and reseller pages cannot automatically establish Taiwan availability of this exact collection.
The gift applies only to purchases made in person at the event during its run, not online orders. It should not be treated as an active offer after October 27.
FAQ
When is Japan’s main launch?
November 1, 2026. The preview and reservation dates are separate and do not mean every retailer is already selling.
Are the Japanese prices Taiwan prices?
No. The yen figures are Japanese tax-inclusive prices; Taiwan pricing and launch details were not verified in this research.
Did the editors swatch these products?
No. Images are brand-supplied, and the selection framework compares categories and intended use rather than tested results.
