BIOHEAL BOH expands Japanese sales of its cleansing oil and bubble serum in November: prices and routine steps

The 150mL PROBIODERM cleansing oil is ¥2,200 and the 110mL bubble serum ¥2,750, including Japanese tax. Stores, Amazon and ZOZOTOWN follow on November 1 after Qoo10’s October 1 advance launch. Three seconds refers to spreading time.

BIOHEAL BOH expands Japanese sales of its cleansing oil and bubble serum in November: prices and routine steps

BIOHEAL BOH is extending PROBIODERM 3D Lifting into makeup removal and the first skincare step after cleansing. In an October 29 announcement, the brand said its cleansing oil and Cream In Bubble Serum would reach Japanese stores, Amazon and ZOZOTOWN on November 1, 2026. This is not their first availability: Qoo10 began advance sales on October 1. November expands the channels.

Both use purple packaging, but their roles and quantities differ. The cleansing oil is 150mL for ¥2,200 including Japanese tax and is rinsed off after makeup removal. The bubble serum is 110mL for ¥2,750 and follows cleansing. These details were originally announced October 29, not first revealed October 30. Prices and channels describe Japan, rather than confirming a Taiwan launch.

Cleansing oil: rinse after 2–3 pumps; dry hands and face for stubborn makeup

PROBIODERM 3D Lifting Cleansing Oil centers on a substantial oil texture, described by the brand as a five-layer cushion. It is labeled for use without a second cleanser, with wet hands and with eyelash extensions. The Japan-specific formula lists plant-derived oils, PDRN, peptides and LHA, PHA and AHA. These are formulation details and brand descriptions; reduced-friction language does not mean any intensity of rubbing is irritation-free.

The official method is to work 2–3 pumps into makeup and rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. Although wet-hand use is allowed, the brand recommends dry hands and a dry face for harder-to-remove makeup. Remembering only the wet-hand claim misses that qualification. It is a rinse-off makeup remover, rather than a leave-on product layered after serum.

Bubble serum: 1–2 pumps after cleansing; three seconds is not an efficacy countdown

Cream In Bubble Serum combines what the brand describes as preparatory skincare, moisturizing toner and serum roles in a foam texture. For everyday use, apply 1–2 pumps across the face after cleansing and smooth gently along the skin’s texture. The release also describes spreading a thin layer with the included silicone brush for a more focused care step. Its place after cleansing distinguishes it from the oil used to remove makeup beforehand.

The three-second slogan requires its footnote: it refers to the approximate time for spreading the product over the face, not a promise of visible firming in three seconds. Penetration described in the microbubble delivery explanation is limited to the stratum corneum, not deeper skin. Texture, amount and routine placement are the practical details; marketing adjectives should not become guaranteed results.

Read the ingredient-complex and distribution footnotes

PROBIODERM is the brand’s ingredient-complex name. The release lists Lactobacillus ferment, fructooligosaccharides, fructan, inulin, panthenol, betaine and beta-glucan as skin-conditioning ingredients. Its account of selecting three bacterial strains does not mean live bacteria are being implanted into skin. Nor should the 3D Lifting name be equated with a medical lifting procedure. Age-related care is defined as care appropriate to age.

The Japanese announcement says low-irritation descriptions do not rule out irritation for everyone. First distinguish the 150mL cleansing oil from the 110mL post-cleansing serum, then check the additional November 1 Japanese channels or existing Qoo10 advance sales. A matching cream in the main visual does not turn the three products into a ¥2,200 or ¥2,750 set. Taiwan pricing, launch dates and cross-border shipping terms are outside this announcement.

Questions and answers

Is November 1 the first launch of both products?

No. The Japanese announcement states that Qoo10 advance sales began October 1. Japanese stores, Amazon and ZOZOTOWN are added November 1.

How do the oil and serum fit into a routine?

Work 2–3 pumps of oil into makeup and rinse thoroughly; dry hands and face are recommended for stubborn makeup. Apply and gently spread 1–2 pumps of serum after cleansing.

Does three seconds mean the serum works immediately?

No. The footnote describes approximate full-face spreading time, not when results appear. The stated penetration is also limited to the stratum corneum.
