Meta's Glasses Family Welcomes Lisa, With Pet-Shaped Charging Cases Tucked Into Two Collab Frames
Two smart glasses collaborations with Blackpink's Lisa were unveiled by Meta at Connect 2026, with temples carrying star accents and charging cases hiding pet-shaped charms, priced from $399. Meanwhile, the entry-level model's price was cut by Meta to $249.
A tiny star on the temple, a few pet-shaped charms dangling off the charging case — these are the most obvious giveaways of the new smart glasses Meta just announced at Connect 2026, marking the first time Blackpink rapper Lisa has lent her personal style to a Meta glasses design.
The two "Meta Glasses by Lisa" models each bring their own flavor. The Meta Adventurer Lisa Edition goes with a square-frame look, pairing a translucent Moonlit Sky frame with Blush-tinted lenses. The brand-new Meta Capri Lisa Edition, meanwhile, offers a dark cat-eye frame with gray lenses. Both come with the same star-print charging case and charms shaped like Lisa's beloved pets, and both support prescription lenses. On the functionality side, there's nothing new here — Meta AI, audio recording, and camera features stay consistent with previous Meta glasses lineups.
This "get a celebrity to design a limited edition" playbook isn't new — the Kylie Jenner version of Meta's glasses already stood out with embellishments and mirrored finishes. This time around, Meta is adding an Ivory colorway for the Starfire frame, also starting at $399.
The $249 Entry Model and the All-New Nova
Beyond the two celebrity collabs, Meta is also lowering the barrier to entry. The black Meta Adventurer paired with a plug-in charging case now starts at $249 — $50 cheaper than the standard $299 starting price. Also debuting is the brand-new Nova frame, which bears more than a passing resemblance to Ray-Ban's Headliner style, making it one of the few regular new releases in this lineup without a celebrity name attached.
Availability is expanding too — Meta glasses are now on sale in Singapore, South Korea, Mexico, and the United Arab Emirates, with Brazil set to follow later. All prices mentioned are in USD; actual launch timing and regional pricing are subject to Meta's official announcements.
