ParaDo’s cat-themed makeup: check November shipping dates and random packaging before shopping

Check ParaDo Japan’s November 2 eyeliner shipments versus its November 20 main launch, with random cat packaging, sizes and yen prices explained.

ParaDo’s cat-themed makeup: check November shipping dates and random packaging before shopping

A November 2 date does not mean the entire collection will be waiting in a Japanese convenience store that day. ParaDo has announced its winter My Sweet Cat collection, with the main release starting at Japan’s 7-Eleven stores on November 20. The two limited-design eyeliners have a separate schedule: shipments to stores begin on November 2. For readers travelling from Taiwan, that distinction matters more than the cat illustrations.

This is a guide to the brand’s announcement and official product information, not a wear test or confirmation of a Taiwan launch. Prices below are Japanese yen including tax, not Taiwan retail prices.

Shipping is not a universal shelf date

The theme brings together a black lip colour, mini nail colours, two eyeliners and limited-design cleansing milk. Sharing a collection name does not make their availability identical. The two “cat whisker” liners start shipping on November 2; November 20 is the main collection launch date. Quantities are limited, and some stores do not carry the products.

An early-November visitor can check for the liners while passing a store, but should not plan a trip around guaranteed availability of the whole collection. Visiting after November 20 still calls for a stock check. An indexed product page is not proof that a particular branch has received the item.

Three cat designs do not mean three shades

There are pencil and liquid versions. The pencil is 0.07g, costs ¥1,320 and has a 1.5mm core; the liquid is 0.6mL and costs ¥1,100. Both offer BR dark brown and BK black. Each type has three cat-themed container designs, with one design enclosed at random.

Read the label in two stages: choose the format, then the shade. The three designs are not three additional colours, and the package illustration is not a promise of a particular cat. For replenishing an everyday liner, format and shade matter more than collecting the packaging. If only one specific design interests you, a random pack cannot guarantee that choice.

The black lipstick is a sheer colour, not an opaque-black promise

Kuroneko Lip BK01 Sheer Black is 2.0g and costs ¥990. The brand presents it as a sheer black lip colour that can be worn alone or layered to deepen an existing lipstick. Its demonstration images are brand-provided examples, not our test results. Natural lip colour, the base lipstick and the number of layers can change the appearance.

The official product information also lists ingredients intended to create warming and cooling sensations. Do not assume from the appearance alone that this is a sensation-free lip balm. Read the ingredient list and package directions before choosing it. We have not tested or guaranteed wear time, plumping intensity or individual suitability.

Use nail-colour codes, not only cat names

The four mini nail colours are RD16, BL20, BE03 and GY08, each 4mL and ¥440. If a friend is helping you shop, the complete code is less ambiguous than “the cat with blue eyes.” These are separate colours, not the randomly enclosed eyeliner designs.

A small bottle reduces the amount bought at once, but does not automatically establish better value. Consider which shade you would use, whether you already own something similar and how it fits into your luggage, rather than buying all four because the individual price is lower.

Four checks for readers from Taiwan

Keep Japanese dates separate from Taiwan availability: we have not confirmed an official simultaneous Taiwan launch or Taiwan prices. Do not turn “sold at 7-Eleven in Japan” into a claim about Taiwan stores. Save the Japanese name, shade code, size and yen price for comparison at the shelf. Finally, check the actual store and label; this article does not promise stock, reservations, delivery or shopping-agent eligibility.

Questions answered

Can I buy the complete range on November 2?

That cannot be assumed. It is the start of eyeliner shipments; the main collection starts rolling out on November 20.

Can I choose the cat on the eyeliner?

The announcement says one of three designs is enclosed at random.

Does the lipstick necessarily look solid black?

The brand describes a sheer black for solo or layered use. We have not tested its colour effect.

Does every Japanese store carry it?

No. Some do not, and quantities are limited.

Is Taiwan availability confirmed?

No. This report concerns the Japanese announcement.
